hands duplicated after db restore

I got a new computer and set up HEM on it.
I restored the backup that i made of my db on my old computer but unfortunately all hands are now in the db twice. So every hand is listet twice in the hands column but also my stats for hands played winnings etc. are doubled.
What can i do to get rid of those "extra" hands?

I have windows vista 64bit with postgreSQL 8.3
Before i had windows xp 32bit with postgreSQL 8.0

I would suggest reimporting all your hands into a new DB, the switch from postgres 8.0 to 8.3 is almost always a problem, because there are major changes within these versions

How do i get those hands out of the db so i can reimport them? (the original db on the old computer still exists)
