Zero hands for one specific regular I've played against quite a bit

I can look up said player in HEM and see that I've played 1800+ hands against him, but in-game the hud shows 0 hands and no stats on him. This is at FTP, rush, at both 6max and FR.

I don't think there are any other regulars that I have this problem with.

Please zip and mail some sample hands with this player (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.
