    Default New Computer

Do I just reinstall HEM on my new computer or do something else? I don't mind starting from scratch as I don't have many hh's. New computer has windows7 and old one had xp.

Yes, reinstall HM, and it's best to reimport all the original handhistories into a NEW database. (instead of messing around with backup/restores of the old database)

Note: if you used the NOTES in HoldemManager, or had added bonus/rakeback info, created a customized HUD, etc. do EXPORT those settings. (they all have a separate EXPORT option) so you can import them into the new database. (IMPORT them, AFTER you've imported all your hands)
