Cant active my HEM

Hi,

Have been som problems with my HEM. I made it work on my laptop, by going thru a FAQ that I cant find now.

My HEM suddenly says that it has to be validated, and I have since it said that, requested a new code. So what i did on my laptop was something like remove to program with "revo", and deleting some files, and but when i reinstall it, it still remembers the "old" code. Please help

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

1. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

(this is a hidden SYSTEM file.. not just a hidden file)

2. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Also please try this: (this debugs the software)

1. Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug.txt
3. Open HM and register
4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file


That should completely clear the old code
