License prob

Got 2 HD's, 1 with windows 7 other with all my poker progs etc, but for some reason this time around putting my code in it keeps saying License not found, tried looking for the files that the FAQ said and can not find them

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

1. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

2. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Also please try this:

1. Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug.txt
3. Open HM and register
4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

Tried all that and no joy, i put the code in it say's "Success" then when i activate it, it comes up with Cant find license etc..

Anyone else able to offer help? Tried all guide and FAQ, reinstalled it. Just took 3 hours importing my hands...
