Annoying "Activate your software"

    Default Annoying "Activate your software"

    Why this is so annoying? I have registered software, I change NOTHING in my software/hardware and BAM this is asking for Activation again:



    but ofc there is some problems with this.



    Ok, but after 5 minutes of clicking it finally works... for 3 days because it again ask for this activation so I again do it and it works ... for 4 hours and again it works for... and again.... and....


    When I am online then I can live with that, but when I am not in house and I want to review my database then I can do nothing.

    Please Uninstall Holdem Manager and reinstall it

    FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Using Revo Uninstaller - Using Revo Uninstaller (uninstall HM with Revo FREE and reinstall it)

    Enable the option to see Hidden Files and Disable "Hide protected operating system files": How to see hidden files in Windows - It should look like this: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/images/hidden.jpg

    1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

    2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)



    If your doing a clean reinstall you should consider the following.

    Finally Please install the latest version: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe

    That should hopefully solve your issue but also check your firewalls have giving HM the proper privileges as this can cause the issues too

    I have exactly same problem!

    I was using my registered HEM Pro till yesterday without any problems for a few months. Today I started my computer and it can't validiate my licence, and want to activate (chosing PC1 - I've registered my licence only on one PC yet), but when I try to do it i get this error:

    License Failure Details
    --------------------------------------------------

    --------------------------------------------------

    Errors connecting to the server.

    DETAILS

    Could not activate license at server.
    No more activations allowed. You must first deactivate the software from the original machine before attempting to activate again.
    And I've changed nothing. Didn't reinstall anything, didn't update anything, I'm using same machine without any changes at all.

    Create an account on our homepage Hold'Em Manager Poker Tracking and Analysis Software (if you not already have one there). Login and enter your key. You will now see functions (Reset all profiles) to reset your license key.

    I have same problem and this do not solve the problem, I just sent an email to support.

    I asked friends who use HEM too and they have the same problem today.

    Create an account on our homepage Hold'Em Manager Poker Tracking and Analysis Software (if you not already have one there). Login and enter your key. You will now see functions (Reset all profiles) to reset your license key.
    As I said before I didn't change anything. Just run my computer today and can't use HEM, and a few people have same problem today.

    This is crazy.

    Do you get any error message? What happens exactly?

    And if this doesn't help the best is to mail the file reg.log to support@holdemmanager.com

    There is no error messages. It looks same as on Cron screens.

    Click on details and mail us the messages and the file reg.log. You find it in the logs subfolder of your holdemmanager installation path (default c:\program files(X86)\rvg software\holdemmanager or something similar)
