HEM is not importing any hands for stars. I've tried to locate the hh folder for stars didn't find anything went off what was in the auto import and created the folder but that one didn't work.

HEM is not importing any hands for stars. I've tried to locate the hh folder for stars didn't find anything went off what was in the auto import and created the folder but that one didn't work.
Ok, created the folder went through the instand hh option checked box. Have it under c:\programfiles\pokerstars\handhistory but no hands are going into the folder.
In the PokerStars client--> options--> handhistory-->
it's saving handhistories in English to the folder you created??
Can you attach your holdemmanager.config file?
Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?
