Auto-Import Not Working for FTP

I've updated HEM to 1.11.04, and for some reason, it doesn't import my FTP files at all. Not even when I do it manually! Please help!

Please install the latest version: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe 1.11.05 and if the problem persists let us know

Thanks for the quick response. I updated my HEM, but I still have the same problem.

I still can't import manually either. The files are there, they're just not getting read or picked up for some reason

can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database and see if the hands import into that, if not please email the hands to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread and well look into it
