    Default Unknown Issue

    I am having significant problems with HEM. While HEM is loading, I receive an error message stating "Unhanded exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quit, the application will close immediately." Below these details are listed.

    If I click continue the loading box stays open but does nothing else.

    You should try to make a backup of HoldemManager.config file in the config folder.

    Then, in the original HoldemManager.config file, open it with notepad, and make this change:

    setting name="CheckForUpdates">True

    by

    setting name="CheckForUpdates">False

    If this does not help, revert to the original HoldemManager.config file

    I've noticed that the error message doesn't come up until the box reads "Initializing Database..."

    I did a system restore which seems to have restored to HEM to working status. Thanks for info.

    depends on your OS, please go to google and type system restore followed by your operating system and youll see tons of links explaining how to do it
