My HEM was working fine yesterday (the 4th), but tonight while playing SNGs on Stars, no hands are importing, and they are all listed as import errors. I don't see this listed anywhere here in the forums, or on 2+2, so it may be a problem specific to me.

Which HM Version are you using?
Please update to our latest Beta: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...nager_Beta.exe
To import the hands again you need to rename the handhistory files or copy them to a different folder.
