New laptop, getting a license

I've picked up a new laptop and I'd like to move some my poker operations to this laptop. I have TN and HEM working for my old laptop. I don't use or new those licenses anymore, can those licenses be revoked and issued again for my new laptop.

So just to clarify, that would 1 license for my desktop and 1 license for my new netbook.
