HEM licensing question

I have HEM on my old computer (dont use anymore) which I have recently updated to a laptop and put my 2nd license code on the laptop. My laptop keyboard has since crapped out and they required me to completely wipe my computer and now send it in to get fixed. So everything I had on the laptop is now gone, so when I eventually get it back and reinstall HEM will the 2nd license # still work for it since it is the same computer or how do I go about registering it again?
