PS Pre-fetch not working

I have the "Pre-fetch one hand" option checked, also the ...\Importing\HEM Data folder in my auto-import folders list (not sure if this is neccesary), but pre-fetch is not always working, it works at some tables but not at others. Sometimes the HUD doesn't even appear, sometimes appears with no data. I multitable in stack, I guess all tables visible is not required for pre-fetch to work, is it?

Edit: Pre-fetch not working at all in FTP since I updated to 1.11.04 version.

FTP prefetch is broken in 1.11.04. It should be fixed in the latest beta http://forums.holdemmanager.com/rele...beta-13-a.html

Stars prefetch: should work. Please attach the file config\holdemmanager.config and a screenshot of a table.
