    Default HEM not importing rush poker hands

    Hey-

    My holdem manager is not importing rush poker hands. The hud shows up, but the hands aren't importing. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem

    * Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.05 Beta http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...11.05_Beta.exe

    * Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

    I did all of it. My HUD shows up fine.... the stats are even updated. It just won't show up in HEM when I run reports and stuff.

    Clear the filters (even if is says no filters are selected)

    The RUSH hands are categorized as a separate stake.
    For example RUSH NL50... instead of NL50

    I am having the same problem. I created a new thread for this issue before I found this thread here... Here:

    I hope this issue gets resolved soon

    I installed the latest beta, have no filters set and all programs are running as Administrator on a clean install of Windows 7 64 bit

    You need to clean the filters one time although you have no filters defined.
    After this clear the hands will appear.
