Limp/Fold to Raise Stat

1. Is it possible to create a Limp/Fold to raise stat?

2. Under Cash game/sessions, the rake stat refers to rake paid by hero or all rakes the hero puts money in, irregardless of who wins the pot?

3. The rakeback stat, is it a contributed or dealt calculation?

1) No but we have Limp/Call since people only Limp/Raise a tiny % we can quickly work out the limp/fold % so this is the best alternative until we add that stat
