Default HUD lag with 1.6 versions

We have had a few emails from people experiencing lag on 1.6.x versions which they didnt have on 1.05.09. If you have this can you please post your machine details (including graphics card and driver version). I'd like to keep all the information in one thread rather than emailing back and forth between different people.

I did what another poster advised. Set the opacity to the maximum on the HUD Table Preferences and the lag is gone. It would still be nice to be able to use the transparency effect since it makes it easier on the eye... Nevertheless, it's very playable as is.

Maxing out the opacity works here!

I assume this is something you can fix pretty easily mike? The bright colors are a little hard on the eyes
