888 Hud for SnG not displayed.

I tried a HUD for SnG on 888. I set player preferences for Pacific, and ticked all tourney boxes. The Table manager window appears but reads the table as 0/10 players.
Hands have been imported and are showing in the hand history and under the Tourney hands tab.
If i play a cash table the my cash Hud appears as normal, table manager shows correct data.
This only seems to be an issue with the tourney Hud.

Any ideas or solutions.

I have almost the same problem. I play cashgames on 888 and the hud display does not work. The Table manager window appears but reads the table as 0/10 players. Hands are imported but ther is no hud display. I tried everything I know, even the beta update, but there is no difference ?
Any idea, i'll be gratefull for my whole life.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?


For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.
