How do i go about getting a new HEM? Is old data lost? Help! Thx
Do you have access to your old harddisk?
If yes you should copy the postgresql data folder, the HM config folder and the hm archive folder (default c:\hmarchive).
During the new installation of postgresql (download standalone installer from PostgreSQL: The world's most advanced open source database) connect to your old data folder: FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Reinstall PostgreSQL Preserving Old Database
After this install Holdemmanager and use your old key. It might be necessary to reset this key: Registration Home Page
Create an account there and enter your key.
