Transferring to hem from pt3

Hi,

I currently have 300k hands on pt3 on my laptop that I want to move to hem on my Desktop.

Is there a step by step guide to this anywhere as Im fairly poor with computers.

And if someone could suggest what pc spec I will need for the desktop im going to buy, as in what size ram etc. I will be using it primarily for poker, 8 tables on ftp

Any new PC should have enough specs, id be more concerned with what monitor than the PC if its for poker.
