I made PostgresSQL 8.4 tuning but it doesn't start after that.How can I restore to previous settings?
Go to C:/Program Files (x86)/PostgreSQL/8.4/data-->
delete the postgresql.conf file--> and rename the postgresql.conf-257t024506708625-67 (which was your old file) back to postgresql.conf
and reboot
