Is copying all the HH folder to another folder safe?

I have two systems 1 mac and 1 pc and I was planning to copy all my HH on 1 folder (mac) over the pc hh folder. Is this safe to do, even if the data on the mac has about 1 months data.

Since one I run HM on the pc it will auto import the new hands rights plus it will transfer them.

Any issues with these?

Im not sure how mac saves the HH, if its a compatible file format like .txt or .xml it should be fine. Try it out
