I have sent you at least 4 e-mails about this matter. my PC stopped working nad i want to use my second HEM licence with my new computer. i cannot acces any files on my brokem computer. can you please tell me what do i have to do?
as i mentioned there have been at least 4 e-mails from me and i have yet to receive an answer. please respond.
