In the sessions tab I was down like $140 and my bankroll was 4990ish, ended session down 330 in HEM but w/ 4900, makes no sense and have no idea how to fix it but its pissing me off

are you only playing cashgames... $ games only.. or euro/$ mixed?
Try creating a NEW database in 1.11.04B and reimport the hands for the session to see if the winnings are now correct
