HEM not working at Ongame

hey folks... here's the thing. about 500 games ago (probably after an update) my HEM doesn't count the sngs i win at ongame. i play mostly don's. my graph goes straight down. i have over 500 sngs "not finished". "completed" are only the ones that i lose. the language for the hand histories has always been english. has anyone had similar problems or does anyone know how to fix this?

create a NEW database--> reimport the hands..

if they THEN still don't count them as a win--> email us some of the handhistories..
