    Default HEM import problem again

    I have the latest version, this problem i have had before and it sorted itself somehow

    Importing just hangs, at times it wont get past importing initializing, then sometims it will

    Then it will pick the hands and the green import bar just hangs and hangs

    I have stopped and started PGadmin etc etc but after 2 days still nothing

    It will manually import ALL the hands i have played, by using the import from file option

    I have re booted, re downloaded the update file, still nothing

    Help appreciated

    So i uninstalled and did a full install, still the HEM wont auto import

    Except from Files(s)

    I have an idea it's the way you have set up your C:\HMArchive Folder in your Auto Import Options

    Work through these two FAQ's below starting with the Ongame/BWIN one first:

    >> FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Setting Up Auto Import Folders

    If that doesn't work please attach to this thread the file I've shown in Bold below ~ On my XP machine the full path to the file is this:

    >> "C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config\HoldemManager.config"

    NOTES:
    ** The file may just be called "HoldemManager" & it is spelled EXACTLY as I've shown it with no gap between the words Holdem & Manager
    ** It's about 6KB size

    Yes they are linked, but it has happened again as previouslt it just sprang to life

    As previously stated I have the latest version.

    I have used the same Archive folder for Ongame for years. When it stopped working I changed the Archive file to a different one (Dont know if this is the problem)

    The screen shot keeps like this for the last hour or so

    found it,

    The screen shot appears to say (For Betsafe) my Archive folder is HMArchive. OFC it will as i just re installed

    But I used to be held in a folder called Hands on my desktop

    This is just like my problem.

    Import not working (1.11.03)

    It makes me sad

    Does this happen when playing at microgaming? which skin? Which sites do you play now?

    Move the gamehistory.dat file to your \hmarchive folder and import it via Import From File(s).

    Try a new session with auto-import. A new handhistory file should be generated.

    As stated previously, all hands will Import manually but that isnt the problem.

    After a FULL reinstall, all back ups are kept in C:\HMArchive

    So i tried again this morning and it sprang to life , NOT

    Eventually it started working and imported about 1k of hands from this morning.

    Then STOPPED again and wont start. In fact it's still trying to stop after 30 minutes

    It Imported as I said about 1k of hands, yet strangely there are NO hands for today in the C:|Hmarchive Folder for today.

    The Ongame hands are in the P5 folder and it will manually import all from this morning

    I had to stop the importing stopping process by closing HEM down, then re started,

    More help please as nothing has worked so far

    Whilst typing this it burst into life again, surely this shouldnt keep happening, there are now files in the Archive folder, HELP

    If the ongame handhistory file becomes to big this is what happens.
    Please close your ongame client and delete the file. Ongame will create a new one for the next session.

    The problem is that the Ongame client locks this file so our auto-import process can't archive it.
    Workarounds: let the auto-import run at least 15 mins after closing the ongame client or start the HM auto-import before starting the ongame client.
