Default Import old sessions without database

I installed new version of HEM but I didn"t export old database in previous version.

Is there a way to import old sessions by importing tourneys (I am playing SNGs) from folder "HMArchive" where are stored .txt files by days?

I hope that you understand what I mean.
    Thanks for reply.

Yes, you can import them via import file or import from folder.
