My HUD does not show up at all

I've followed the instructions as explained in the HEM install video.
My HUD preferences are set in HEM but it does not show up when I'm playing.

I can take a look at player statistics, including mine, when I open HEM but not at the tables on full tilt

I have checked the HUD test and when I click on auto import while playing cash games, the import process does nothing
I'm certain that the location of my HH's that are updated matches the place where FTP saves my new HH's.

I have windows Vista if that makes any difference

What can I do? It's pretty urgent
