can't install PostgresSQL

hello, i'm trying to install Postgres SQL but i can't
at first I have been a problem with a postgres existing account.
I delete it, and I've tried to re install postgres and i've been a new error with problem of mappig and security. (sorry for exact terms but my winXP isn't in english).

I've found a solution that was to create a new user account with limited acces and install postgres with it, and a the end of the install i've a message telling me that i can't create a account cause the access is denied.

I don't know what to do now... format
