I did play in everest a few month ago. HH worked ok. I stoped play poker 2 months. now I upgrade the HH and poker site and dont work the program cath the hand but "import error" its all the same and dont work. reinstal? what i must do it? thank you sorry for my english

ok I reinstal the postgres and theh hud work and can import the hands thx. But many tournament (sit and go, don) show as incompleted and completed results are wrong. solution?
You should edit this results manually in the dataview.
Does it happen when you play new tourneys too?
If yes please zip and mail the original hands from the archive for some sample tourneys with link to this thread and explanation to support@holdemmanager.com and we'll look at it.
