table scanner is not fitting in the window properly

I can see all the other apps fine. The main HM screen and leak buster etc.
The table scanner graphic is too wide for my window for some reason.
I have tried changing the basic windows settings from my usual 1600x1200 to the other settings but the right hand side of the screen is not visible.
In the filters settings for tables for example I can only see the yellow pencil.
I can't see the little trash can.
There is no scroll bar visible.

Running Vista Home premium.
ATI graphics card.

We are already aware of this problem. It will be fixed with the next release.
