Reports & Session Tabs failing...

to display all imported hands.

all hands imported (and i've reimported just to make sure they were recognised) are from stars 6m/fr games, it doesn't make sense to me why reports is missing a certain number of hands, and even less sense how sessions is also missing hands, but a different number. the missing hands seem to be random, but i noticed when it was missing a few key hands from sessinos etc..

That's interesting. I'm not sure why they are different

Perhaps some of the hands you imported were not ones that you played in ?
For example: If you open a table at stars with 'prefetch' enabled you will get one observed hand imported, but it will not show in your sessions etc

There is a 'bug' in the stars site the past 2 days - did some of your tables have no HUD ? Perhaps these hands don't show in the sessions etc

Are you able to check the money compared with stars cashier ?

i imported the same hands onto another pc, and it displayed 8980/9002 in both reports, and sessions.

- obviously its going to be a problem if the records i'm keeping are totally innacurate.. any other ideas on what action i can take?

Please wait for our next release.
Then create a new database and import the hands again.
