I can't import HH on bwin.fr

Hello.

I actually play on the room bwin.fr.
This room was before on Ongame Network and, because of a new french law, there is actually a room with ".fr".

I can't import the hand I play.

The soft was downloaded in english and I don't find HH on my PC.

Please, can you help me ?

I just have downloaded the version 1.11.02b and the problem I have is that I don't import any hands !!

What can I do to import them ?

Please check whether the handhistories are in english language.

If this is the case and the import doesn't work we need to look at the hands.

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files with link to this thread and explanation to support@holdemmanager.com
