I have noticed that last hand of session, usually lost and gone to sitout and left fast from the table, because of tilt. Is not imported to HEM. Can i import it later somehow ? Or other solutions ?

I have noticed that last hand of session, usually lost and gone to sitout and left fast from the table, because of tilt. Is not imported to HEM. Can i import it later somehow ? Or other solutions ?
This handhistory is not written to your computer when you leave to fast.
The only way i know is to contact Ongame support to mail you the hand.
