Stat: Fold CB to Raise. Meaning ?

Hey,

in the default big popup with most stat there is a stat I'm not familiar with, what's the meaning of it:

" Flop As PFR > Fold CB to Raise (regular and 3bet pot) ". I guess it's pretty straightforward, how often people fold when they cbet and get raised? (It's very low in 3bet pot PLO apparantly, many under 25%)
