What is the best version of Postgresql for HM1?

What version of postgresql do you recommend for HM1 that will be much compatible and everything ok.
Does latest versions better for usage with HM1?

8.4 or 9.0 are fine. There have been reports of issues with 9.1

If you feel comfortable in your ability to tweak postgres and fix issues in the conf file, 9.1 shouldn't be a problem though.

There is no benefit really in moving up to it.

Thank you. Iam had 9.1 and doesnt seem any perfomance boost or whatever good, but for example backup function doesnt work directly in HM, and now when i will start new limit and new base i think go back to 8.3 or 8.4

And ty i'll choose latest 8.4.x
