Default HM not recording FTP cash-out tourneys

    Hello.

I'm sure you are aware that FTP has some tourneys named "Cashout". Here is a description:

    FTP Cash out

I just played my first and noticed that HEM does not record properly the buyin, the size, my place or any other data.

I had to edit manually to set stats correctly.

I hope you address this one soon.

    Best.

Usually FTP writes a tourney summary into the handhistory file from which we read the results. Did you close the table too fast?

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

I keep the tables open for a little while after finishing, the tournament history is in the proper folder, email sent.
