i can't login my Holdem Manager Registration System (Beta)

hello.
i can't login my Holdem Manager Registration System (Beta) today.

1). i run my HM.
2). i click help----Registation-----Register Holdem Manager
3). i write in my User Name and Password, then, i was told "Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again"
4). i click "Forgot Your Password?",then write in my User Name,and i was told
"We were unable to access your information. Please try again."

OH,my god.i don't know what happened?Please help me.
