HM dont activate with serial

this is the first time i got this problem.

i have new laptop and i have instal HM (win7 64bit)

i have 2 serial code for holdem + omaha and holdem + omaha + table scanner.

so i was on my holdem manager account for reset my 2 serials but dosent work.
