Would you suggest mixing stats from different limits and mixing Rush and non-Rush stats? Is there a noticeable difference in stats between limits and Rush or any other cons? Currently I'm playing NL10, NL25, NL50 6max.

Its mostly personal preferences, i dont play much rush but i would expect some players tighten up a lot and wait for decent hands, i guess asking in the rush threads on 2+2 etc would be your best bet
