WTF i bought it.

opened up my holdem manger and it told that my trail verision was over, but i bought the software. What do i have to do?? any help please and thank you!!

Did you receive a key via mail?

Click on activate/register on the start screen and enter it.

yea i've done this i've been using HM for about 3 months or so. whne i click on the activasion thing it say it registers then click ok to continue i do this and it brings to to a screen that say licence not found.

I have the same problem. It says the trial version is over and want me to register it. I have been using my registrered version for over a year without any problems. Can someone help me with this, please!

EDIT: Registrered it again and now it is working. Why did this happen?

Please email me the reg.log file from C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/log folder and ill see whats going on

If your in a hurry you could try these solutions in the meantime

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Next, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows
Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

If that doesnt work please try this:

1. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug.txt
2. Open HM and register
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file
