Hud problem with BOSS NETWORK ( Svenskaspel )

Hello

My HUD works great at the 5max cashgame tables.

When l play more then two SNG 5max tables the stats are only showing on two.

I have the latest release, what can l do to fix this ?


And l have some problems with the history of the sngs lv played as well.

Why dont HEM track all of my sng history?

Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

To verify the location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________

The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).



Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the '\hem data' folder. Please Zip these 2 folders and email it, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.
