Default Want to copy all configs to other computer

I bought new laptop and want to install HoldemManager. Laptop has Windows 7 Home Premium.
My old laptop had Windows XP Professional.

How I can copy all hud, prefered seats, etc. configs from old laptop to new laptop? I don't want to use export function because it takes long time and I will forget something...

So can I just copy/paste all HoldemManager folder to new laptop?

Also I want to move database with all hands.
Maybe I can just copy any postgre folder with all database?
