    Default import errors--corrupt DB?

When I tried to import the hands I played today on my laptop to my desktop, all the files displayed import errors. Having searched the forum, I noticed that the mods usually recommend starting a new DB and trying to import the same file. I did that and it worked. Does this mean my old DB is corrupt? If so, can I salvage any data from it?

You can try to reindex the old database. That sometimes fixes corruption (if a certain index was corrupt) Go to pgadminIII--> maintenance--> reindex

Salvage data? It's best to just reimport all the ORIGINAL handhistories into the new database.
