Importing HH Database

Hi HM

The other day I Exported my database and saved it to an external drive so I could upgrade my laptop to Windows 7. I've now done this and would now like to Import my database back into HM. I know I can use the "Import From Folder" method but this takes hours/days to complete. Is there a better way? Will the "Import File(s)" button work better?
