SNG Wizard 1.1 in HEM directory? + One other question

I saw this in the HEM directory today and it doesn't open, instead it just says error? I download HEM about a month ago, so before the SNG Wizard/HEM news came out? Can anyone explain what this file is?

On PT3 there is an option to list all the preflop hands (AsJd and AdJh both being the "same hand" aka AJo) and your net profit for each particular hand, e.g. AA AKs 45o etc. You can then list them by hand or net profit. I'm assuming HEM would have a similar option but I can only find the preflop hands, having to click on each individual starting hand on the chart to see my net profit. I want to for example be able to see my least/most profitable hands etc.

I suppose that little 'extra' in HM is to enable owners of both programs to integrate some functions - example SNGW will be able to use your SNG HH's from HM ? Share the postgreSQL DB maybe ? I further suppose that the 'extra' in HM will be activated somehow. I notice SNGW has recently changed how their licence system works.
