Problem with postgresql

Hi!

I got problem with postegresql installation. I read whole installation process but I got problem on 8. step.
I did all the things correctly and when I want to click next the popup window appear and say:

Service check:
The "secondary logon" service is not running. This service is required for the installer to initialize the database. Please start this service and try again.


I hope you know what is the problem and can help me with solving it.
