licensing issues

Hi, my HEM used to work normally but today when i open it, it tells me that i have not the license, etc..


To be complete, I wanted to add omaha to my holdem manager, but i made a mistake and bought OMAHA MANAGER. Then I bought the right Add Omaha To Holdem Manager Pro Version.

Finally, I formated my computer and now I have 3 licenses but cant use HEM. In my summary of license keys, I have :

So my HEM is disabled, I have to buy a new one ? I'm lost

Please don't buy any other license. If you had contacted sales@holdemmanager.net with your wrong Omaha license we could convert this too.

For the new installation you need to use the Omaha Upgrade key (it contains Holdem too).

It may be necessary to reset this key for the new installation with our registration system: Registration Home Page

When i run HEM, it's always telling me there is a license issue, but I can't do anything but clicking on close.
