Ive recently encountered an issue with HEM. When playing on FT, it takes forever for the auto import to kick in and the hud to pop up
So now when i play i have to start it like 10 minutes before i start playing. Sometimes it will take up to 1/2 hour before it starts working
Ive tried closing the tabkle manager and restarting everything and this never workls. Help please

i should mention i installed windows 7 and updated to the newest version of HEm

The FTP handhistory folder should be empty except the current files.
Is your auto-import archive configuration wrong? The default path for the archive is c:\hmarchive. Handhistory files should be automatically moved there 15 mins after the last access.Participate in the Alpha release of the newest Hold'em Manager version: HM Cloud. Sign-up HERE.
