PostgreSQL problem after re-install

Hi i reinstalled PostgreSQL after somes issues with HEM and now i can't find my databases.
If someone could tell me where i can find it or what are the steps to follow.

Did you reinstall postgresql with reinitializing your old data folder like explained here FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Reinstall PostgreSQL Preserving Old Database

If not you should uninstall/reinstall postgresql again and follow the steps in the FAQ.
