    Default Purged hands not deleted

    I did a hand purge for Nov 09' to help clean up my database a little. When it was finished it said it deleted 500k hands or so, but when I check the 'players' tab for that month it still has all the hands and same number of players. I did the vacuum as well. I don't understand, how come it says they're deleted but they're not?

    The purge only deletes the handhistories, not the players or the stats.

    If I go to Options -> Observed Hand History Configuration... -> Purge Hand History Options and remove HH's from my database, it won't affect the statistics under Reports, Graphs etc., right?

    I've just purged some hands and the vacuum thing is running as we speak. As soon as I'll get to the reindexing, should I check one of those two boxes under Reindex?

    those 2 boxes are greyed-out when you click the reindex radio button
    after that...

    defrag (stop pgSQL server first) & reboot
